As part of the opening of the IV International Mexican Gastronomy Forum, Tonatiuh Cuevas, Zanaya´s Restaurant chef, received the “Conservatorio de la Cultura Gastronómica” prize awarded to the new Four Seasons restaurant for preserving and protecting Nayarit´s cuisine.

This prize was awarded for the first time three years ago to restaurants, chefs and those individuals supporting the promotion, preservation and rescue of the Mexican cuisine.
